Troubleshooting

Fault

Possible cause and correction

The cleaning 

performance of 

the Hard floor 

cleaner worsens.

It is possible that the Kobold MF370 

Cleaning cloth is soiled excessively.

• 

Replace the cloth.

It is possible that the Cleaning cloth is too dry.

• 

Replace the cloth.

The Cleaning cloth is not evenly moistened.

• 

When moistening the Cleaning cloth, ensure 

an equal distribution of the liquid.

The Hard floor 

cleaner cleans edges 

insufficiently.

It is possible that the Cleaning cloth has 

been moistened insufficiently.

• 

Repeat the cleaning process with a new cloth.

• 

When moistening the Cleaning cloth, ensure 

an equal distribution of the liquid.

It is possible that the Cleaning cloth 

has not been fixed properly.

• 

Check whether the Cleaning cloth is sufficiently 

and evenly fixed at the Cloth holder.

When the Kobold 

VK150 Vacuum 

cleaner is switched 

on, the red operation 

indicator “Stop” 

is blinking.

The secondary air flap was operated before 

the Vacuum cleaner was switched on.

• 

Switch off the Vacuum cleaner and switch 

it back on again afterwards.
