Troubleshooting
Fault Possible causes and rectification
The cowling
will not close.
The roller brushes are not pushed in far
enough or have been mixed up.
Slide in the roller brushes all the way to the end.
• Check if the roller brushes have been
inserted on the correct side.
The Suction channel
of the Electronic
brush is blocked.
• Open the inspection flap

on the bottom
side of the Electronic brush.
• Remove the blockage.
• To do this, use an appropriate object (e.g.
screwdriver, crochet needle).
The Electronic brush
can only be moved
with great difficulty.
You might have set the power performance level too high.
• Use the main switch on the Kobold VK150 Vacuum cleaner
handle to set the device to a lower power performance
level or use the automatic setting in general.
The device will
not work after
exchanging the
roller brushes.
The Electronic brush is not connected
properly to the base device.
• Check if the plug connection between the Electronic
brush and the base device is correctly engaged.
The roller brushes are not correctly inserted.
• Place the roller brushes exactly onto the drive axles.
Fault Possible causes and rectification
The Kobold FK370
Freshener kit does
not fit into the
Electronic brush.
If the Freshener kit was placed on a heater or in direct
sunlight, then it might have become warped as a result thereof.
• Buy a new Freshener kit.
