Replacing bulbs

Bulb location in the bulb holder

Lamp location, right side

Speaker*

Replacement of rear light unit bulbs (5-door)

1 Direction indicator

2 Brake light

3 Tail light

4 Reversing light

5 Tail li

ht/

Rear fog light

Remove the bulb by pressing it inwards and turning it a few milli-

metres anti-clockwise.

Insert a new bulb into the bulb holder and replace the holder.

Check that the bulb works and refit the cover.

*extra equipment

All the bulbs in the rear light unit are replaced from inside the boot.

Procedure:

Switch off the lights and turn the ignition key to position 0.

Remove the upper cover from the light unit, using a srewdriver.

Remove the lower cover by taking off the side panel first and then the

cover.

Remove the speaker* in the upper cover.

Press in the plastic catches (A or B) and take out the bulb holder. The

bulbs are located in the bulb holder.

Leave the connector and cables connected to the bulb holder.
