147. Place the gasket and crescent-shaped rubber

seal in position and fit the valve cover.

Distributor

148. Turn the crankshaft to the firing position for No. 1

cylinder. Check this by unscrewing the oil filler
cap and seeing how the camshaft’s cams are po-
sitioned and by checking the marking on the pul-
ley. See also point 138.

149. Remove the distributor cap.

150. Turn the rotor so that the line on it is at 60° from

the line on the distributor.
