Continuity testing
Connect the plug of the black test lead in the “COM” connector.
Connect the plug of the red test
lead in the “V” connector. Select the
resistance measurement range “Ω”
using the rotary switch.
Select continuity testing “ ”
using the “SELECT” button.
Place the measurement probes on
the measurement object.
If the measurement object has
continuity (R<10 Ω) the buzzer will
sound and the appendant
resistance value will be displayed
(the buzzer can sometimes activate
between 10 and 100 Ω).
If the display shows “OL”, the value
is greater than 100 Ω or the
measuring circuit is interrupted.
