8.   Coupling of the stroller/baby buggy behind a bicycle 

 

The stroller may be equipped with an accessory for coupling behind a bicycle. It is comprised of the following

8.1    Bicycle hitch 

The hitch is fixed to the LEFT rear wheel fork and it can be fixed under both the quick-acting axle and the axle held by 
nuts. Loosen the axle completely and fix the hitch so that the mounting hole of the ball joint points forwards.

Make sure that the axle is long enough and that it fixes the wheel into the frame fork reliably when the hitch is installed. 
If the axle is too short, it is necessary to buy a new, longer axle (only the inner tie-rod in the case of the  
quick-acting axle). This problem need not be solved for most of bicycle types.
