♦ Depending on vehicle equipment, the tool set for brake bleed‐
ing -VAS 6564- can be used for bleeding front and rear brakes
without the need to remove the wheels.
Extracting brake fluid
Note
♦
The strainer in brake fluid reservoir must not be removed.
♦
Ensure that no brake fluid runs through the strainer after com‐
pleting the extraction (the brake fluid level in the reservoir must
be even with the lower edge of the strainer).
– Unscrew cap -1- from brake fluid reservoir.
