The
system
folder is used to store configuration files and firmware upgrade files. Except for
the firmware upgrade file with extension
.upg
(e.g.
sensbox.upg
), no files should be modified
or removed in that folder to avoid malfunction.
Removing and inserting the SD card
For normal operations it is not necessary to remove the SD card from the Balloon Live
Sensor. Reasons to remove the SD card are a defective SD card or the inability to access
the files on the SD card from a connected computer through the mass storage interface.
The SD card is accessible from the rear side of the device. It is hidden under the protective
SD card cover
which is held in place by the SD card cover screw
. To access the SD
card, unfasten the screw and remove the cover. The SD card
is released from the socket
