1. Grease the labyrinth tracks and then place two piston rings diametrically opposite.
2. Place the V-RING SEAL in the groove in each labyrinth.
3. The rings will block the complete entrance of the labyrinth into the bearing housing, compress the rings and then with the

labyrinth inside tighten the Allen bolts and lock.

4. Install plugs in the bearing housing and grease fittings in both covers.
5. Rotate shaft and measure axial clearance (same as smaller bearing housings).

Bearing Holder Base

1. Insert adjusting bolt into the base from the outside prior to mounting the bearing carrier. Place two nuts with their respective

flat washers between them and leave them loose.
2. Place CONJUNTO on the base in an aligned manner. Important: confirm that the adjusting lug is fitted on the adjusting bolt.
3. Tighten the box to the base with its respective glands (Tighten thoroughly).
4. Grease the shaft on the pump side to improve the conditions in the assembly of the components.
