Slide the steering arm into the pre-installed
nose gear block and from the bottom of the fuselage,
insert the non-wheel end of the nose gear assembly
down through the nose gear block and the steering
arm.

Rotate the nose gear assembly so that the
wheel points straight ahead and the coil spring is closer
to the tail of the fuselage.

Rotate the steering arm so that it lies about 5
degrees rotated forward and away from the firewall
when the nose wheel is straight.

There is a flat notch filed in the front face of the
nose gear wire that is intended to align with and provide a
seat for the steering arm set screw. Push the nose gear
wire down further into the nose gear block as you tighten
the steering arm set screw onto the flat notch.

Tighten the steering arm set screw securely using
a ball wrench or allen key. Apply a suitable liquid thread
locker to the set screw.

Carefully push the control rod back into the
fuselage and position the steering arm so that it can be
inserted into the recess in the nose gear block.
