Apply Loctite to the four OEM bolts and install them through the
two pulleys into the crankshaft. Torque the crank pulley bolts to
69 ft-lbs.

Check the OEM belt routing diagram for the correct installation
(Figure 3.6).

Tension the OEM belt.
□
Place the idler on the main bracket and install the fan shroud
bracket so that it points toward the passenger side of the truck
(Figure 3.7). Apply Loctite and fasten it in position with the M10
bolt.

Install the VR compressor belt (Figure 3.8) and remove the
M10 tensioner lock bolt from the bracket.
