Transmitter Battery
In most markets the transmitter is shipped with alkaline batteries (12 x D cells) unless rechargeable batteries
are specified. Batteries are fitted into quick release trays – the alkaline is an open pack, to enable the
batteries to be changed. The rechargeable pack is a sealed unit containing Ni-MH (Nickel Metal Hydride)
batteries. These packs can only be fitted in a manner to ensure that the alkaline batteries cannot be
inadvertently charged.
