Making jelly with liquid milk
Approximate dosage of ingredients
in percentage:
20% milk + 40% white sugar +
32% maltose

+ 8% dry gelatin
Maximal amount of ingredients:
52 g milk + 104 g granulated sugar +
84 g m 20 g dry gelatin
Gelatin preparation:
•
Mix the gelatin with 45-50 ml of
warm water and let it swell.
•
Heat up the gelatin constantly
stirring until it dissolves, do not
allow the mixture to boil.
•
Let the gelatin cool down.
Making sugar syrup:
•
Pour 52 g of milk into the dip-
per (2), add 104 g of granulated
sugar and 78 g of maltose.
•
Place the dipper (2) in the unit
body (4).
•
Set the operation mode switch
(5) to the position «II».
•
Stir the mixture during heating;
after it starts bubbling, stir the
mixture for 5 more minutes.
•
After that switch the unit off set-
ting the operation mode switch
(5) to the position «0».
•
Remove the dipper (2) and wait
for some time to let the mixture
cool down, add the gelatin.
* Maltose is brewing sugar. It is less sweet unlike
cane sugar and beet sugar.
•
Stir until the gelatin and the sugar
syrup mix completely.
Note:
stir the mass slowly, quick
stirring will make it bubble more
intensely.
•
Place the silicone form on a flat
steady surface and carefully pour
the prepared mass into the form.
•
Put the silicone form (1) in the
fridge for several hours to cool
down completely.

Use only quality ingredients.
As you become more familiar with
the electric fondue pot you can make
various jelly treats.
You can add various fruit and vege-
table juices to give your jelly special
flavor and vibrant color.
To get pink color add: beet, straw-
berry or carrot juice with a little lemon
juice.
Orange color:
carrot, orange, ginger
with a little mango juice.
Yellow color:
yellow pepper, yellow
pears, yellow apple with a little lemon
juice.
Green color:
cabbage, kiwi, cucum-
ber, green apple, green grapes.
Purple color:
purple cabbage, black-
berry, blueberry, dark grapes.
