- U npack th e c o ffe e maker, rem ove any stickers
and p a ckage m a terials th a t can prevent unit o p ­
eration.
- C heck the un it fo r dam ages; d o no t use the unit
in case o f dam ages.
- M ake sure th a t o p eratin g volta ge o f the unit c o r­
re spond s to volta ge o f y o u r mains.
- B efore using th e c o ffe e m a ker fo r the firs t tim e,
w ash all rem ovable parts, the filte r h o ld e r (15),
the c o ffe e filte r (16), th e w a te r ta n k lid (10), the
w a te r ta n k (11) and the m easuring spo on (17)
w ith w arm w a te r and neutral d e te rg e n t and dry
them .
W ash ing th e b o iler
• M ake sure th a t th e b u tto n (6) is set to the OFF-
p o sitio n (is in released po sitio n), and th e o p e ra t­
ing m ode s electio n knob (8) is s et to the po sition
“ • ” .
• M ake sure th a t the w a te r/s te a m su p p ly b u tton
(4) is not pressed (is in released po sitio n “^ Һ ” ).
• Remove th e lid (10) fro m the w a te r ta n k (11), then
rem ove the w a te r ta n k itself and fill it w ith cold
w a te r till MAX mark.
• C over th e ta n k (11) w ith th e lid (10) and place it on
the c o ffe e m a ker bo d y (3).
• Insert th e c o ffe e filte r (16) into the h o ld e r (15),
m a tching the ledg e on the filte r (16) w ith the slot
on th e h o ld e r (15) and tu rn the filte r (16) c lo c k ­
w ise o r c o u n te rclo ckw ise (pic. 1, 2).
• W ith o u t adding c o ffe e into th e filte r (16), attach
the filte r h o ld e r (15) to th e c o ffe e m a ker boiler; to
do this, place the filte r h o ld e r handle (13) under
th e «INSERT» m arking on the c o ffe e m a ker body
(3), in se rt th e h o ld e r (15) into the b o ile r and turn
the filte r h o ld e r handle (13) in the d ire c tio n o f the
«LOCK» m arking till bu m ping (pic. 3, 4)
• Place a suita ble cu p on the tra y g rid (2).
• Insert th e po w e r plug into th e m ains socket.
S w itch th e c o ffe e m a ker on by p ressing th e «O N /
OFF» b u tto n (6), the in d ic a to r (7) w ill light up.
• W ait till th e in d ic a to r (5) lig h ts green and then
set the o p eratin g m o de se le c tio n knob (8) to the
p o sitio n “^ h ” . A fter th e cup is fille d w ith w ate r
sw itch the w a te r s u p p ly o ff by se ttin g the o p e ra t­
ing m ode se le ctio n knob (8) to the po sitio n “ • ”
and p o u r th e w a te r o u t o f the cup.
• R epeat th is p rocedu re several tim e s till th e boiler
is clean.
A tte n tio n !
- Do no t rem ove th e filte r h o ld e r (15) d u ring the
c o ffe e m a ker operation.
- To rem ove th e filte r h o ld e r (15) tu rn th e handle
(13) to w a rd s the m arking «INSERT» on th e c o f­
fee m aker bo d y (3) and rem ove the h o ld e r (15).

• Press th e w a te r/s te a m sup ply b u tto n (4) and w ait
till th e in d ic a to r (5) lights up green, th e n sw itch
th e steam s u p p ly on by se ttin g the operating
m ode se le ctio n kno b (8) to th e po s itio n “^cL” .
• W ait till som e w a te r po urs fro m th e c a p p u ccin a -
to r pipe (12), a fte r th a t steam will go ou t more
intensively; sw itch th e steam su p p ly o ff by s e t­
ting th e o p eratin g m o de sele ctio n knob (8) to the
po sitio n “ • ” .
• Press th e w a te r/s te a m s u p p ly b u tto n (4) to
sw itch to th e c o ffe e m aking m o de (the button
is released).
• S w itch th e c o ffe e m a ker o ff by pressing the
«ON/OFF» b u tto n (6), the in d ic a to rs (4 and 6)
w ill g o out.
N o te : W hen the w a te r s u p p ly is s w itc h e d on fo r the
firs t time, a lo u d s o u n d o f the o p e ra tin g p u m p an d
n o tic e a b le vibration o f the c o ffe e m a k e r b o d y is
po ssib le, b u t in 2 0 -3 0 seco nds, w hen the p u m p is
fille d with w ater, the s o u n d a n d vibration le ve l w ill
d e cre a se significa ntly.
M A K IN G ESPR ESSO
N o te : R e p e a te d m a kin g o f c o ffe e s h o u ld b e p e r­
fo rm e d a fte r a t le a st 5 m in interval.
- Use on ly c le a r w a te r fo r m aking c o ffe e and keep
th e w a te r ta n k (11) clean.
- B efore m aking c o ffe e w ait till the green in dica tor
(5) lights up, th is sho w s th a t th e w a te r te m p e ra ­
tu re in the b o ile r has reached the required value.
- B efore m aking c o ffe e w arm th e c u p s placing
th e m on the tra y (9), also w arm th e filte r ho ld er
(15) and th e filte r (16).
- You can w arm th e filte r h o ld e r (15) and the filte r
(16) w ith ho t w a te r fro m th e boiler: atta ch the fil­
te r h o ld e r (15) to th e c o ffe e m a ker b o ile r w ith o u t
ad ding c o ffe e into the filte r (16) (pic. 3, 4).
- Place th e c u p on the tra y grid (2).
- S w itch th e w a te r su p p ly on fo r som e tim e; to do
this, set th e o p eratin g m o de se le ctio n knob (8) to
th e p o sitio n “^ h ” .
- Remove th e cup, d e ta c h the h o ld e r (15); if there
is any w a te r in the filte r (16), lift the filte r clam p
(14) and, ho lding the filte r (16) w ith it, p o u r out
th e water.
- For m aking h ig h -q u a lity ready c o ffe e alw ays pre ­
lim ina ry w arm the filte r (16) and th e filte r clam p
(14).
• M ake sure th a t th e b u tto n (6) is set to th e p o s i­
tio n «OFF» (is in released po sitio n), and th e o p ­
erating m ode se le c tio n knob (8) is set to the
po sitio n “ • ” .
