In the case of acute inflammation, the apparatus may be used only in combination 

with anti-inflammatory preparations and under doctor’s supervision.

21. BURNS 

Treatment should be performed in accordance with the 

scheme 29

 up to recovery. 

In the case of burns of 1 & 2 degree, if skin integrity is not impaired, vibrophones 

should be applied to an affected area covered with a gauze towel. Before the application 
of vibrophones the skin around the burn can be treated with sea-buckthorn oil or some 
other burn ointment, the edges of the burn (2 cm.) can be treated with iodine solution. 

In the case of burns of 1 & 2 degree, consequences of burning injury can be 

prevented by applying the apparatus not later than in 3-4 minutes after the burning. After 
a break of 1 hour the treatment session should be repeated. Then the treatment 
procedures are to be performed 1-2 times a day. 

With more severe burns VITAFON-

 should be applied as an integral additional part 

of the complex treatment. In such cases vibrophones should be applied to an affected 
area, without pressing them, over 4-5 layers of a loose sterile bandage. The treatment 
procedure is to be performed 3-4 times a day. The treatment scheme also includes 
treatment at Zones

, performed once-trice a day per 10-15 min. The treatment is to be 

over after the healing effect is achieved.

22. FROSTBITES, SUPERCOOLING 

Treatment should be performed in accordance with the 

scheme 30

 up to recovery. 

Vibrophones should be applied to an affected area, Mode 2 is to be chosen, session 

duration being 15-40 min. Treatment procedure should be performed 2-4 times a day. In 
the case if the treatment starts later than in one day after supercooling, the affected area 
should be treated with iodine solution.
