In the case of systolic arterial hypertension
(the so-called “old people
hypertension”) when elevation only of systolic arterial pressure takes place (systolic
arterial pressure higher than 160 mm. of mercury, diastolic pressure less than 90 mm. of
mercury), the treatment should be performed in accordance with the
scheme 26
.
In the case if the effect achieved is not a sufficient one or lower arterial pressure is
still not in norm, one should consult a doctor for changing of drugs prescribed or
preparing of individual scheme of treatment by VITAFON-

In the case of nephrogenetic hypertension,

Then regular preventive procedures to be performed 3-6 times a week,
total duration of 1-2 daily sessions being 20–50 minutes.
The number and duration of sessions are to be chosen to support blood
pressure on its optimal level.
For the preventive treatment
it is the most important to choose such weekly duration
of kidney zone treatment that will keep arterial pressure at its optimal level. In the case of
physical overload, stress or supercooling it is recommended to perform an additional
treatment procedure at the zone K
before going to bed, Mode 2 should be chosen, session
duration being 15-20 minutes. This procedure can be also performed to remove high arterial
pressure caused by taking unusual doses of alcohol. In such case it should be performed not
earlier than in 6 hours after taking alcohol (in the morning of the next day). It is
recommended to perform on the next day 2-3 preventive procedures, total duration being
60-80 minutes (the first session should be of not less than 30-40 min.).
Vibrophones are to be placed at the zone K with a displacement of no more than
1,5 cm. If gauze towels are put between body surface and vibrophones, they should be
disposable and of 1 layer only. A patient should lie or sit.
