WARNING: at the first use, it is possible that the device emit a low noise,
due to the internal stabilization of the joints. That is normal, and it will
disappear in a short time.
CORRECTION OF DATA SET
When working you can change the parameters of speed, time and temperature
and, with the “+” and “-” symbols, define the new digits.
Proceed as follows:
• Press the START / STOP button to stop the appliance
• Press the button corresponding to the parameter that you want to change for
the setting
• Press the “+” or “-” to set the new digit
• Press the START / STOP button to restart the unit.
After 3 seconds from the end of the change of the parameter, the display shows
the icon that shows what the unit was doing before the change.
The unit will not start without any given set of parameters.
SPEED CONTROL
Selection of the blades’ speed as follows:
• Press the SPEED button
• Use “+” and “-” select the required speed. The speed set will be displayed.
The appliance is equipped with 24 different types of speed:
• Speed from 0 to 10
• Speed from 1 to 10 PULSE
• Speed 1E for cooking meat with paddles
• Speed 1F for cooking delicate foods with paddles
• TURBO
ONLY FOR COLD SIDE:
GELATO-GRANITA which is totally automatic, including the temperature.
The speed is “GELATO-GRANITA”
The speed “0” can be displayed and selected: in the COLD SIDE (A) is
after the speed “GELATO-GRANITA”, in the HOT SIDE (B) is after the
speed 1, and only by setting a temperature first as follows:
