System Details
LGR System Information
Serial Number
This fi eld displays the LiveGear Receiver’s Serial Number.
Hardware Version
The LiveGear Receiver’s Hardware Version is displayed in this fi eld.
Software Version
This fi eld displays the Live Gear Receiver’s Software Version.
LGR Support Information
Support ID
This fi eld displays a unique LGR Support Identifi cation number that you will need when
communicating with Vislink support.
Support Contact
This fi eld displays the contact phone number for Vislink support [+1 978-671-5995 or
888-777-9221].
LGR Software Upgrade
The LGR Firmware Upgrade section is a part of the Support page. The fi elds displayed
allow you to browse for and upload fi rmware for the LiveGear Receiver when updated
fi rmware is made available.
Upgrade Software
Click the
Choose
File
button to select the LGR fi rmware and then click
Upgrade
Software
. Be sure that the LGR will have a constant power supply during the upgrade
process.
CAUTION
:
Only software updates provided by Vislink should be uploaded to
avoid system damage. Do not remove power or restart the transmitter during the
upgrade process.
