9. THE REMOTE CONTROL
The Concerto III has an infrared remote control unit carrying
the main sequencer controls. The button functions are:
o
[SONG]:
you can use these two buttons to select the
MIDI sequences on the floppy disk.
o
[TEMPO]:
regulates the sequencer tempo.
o
[VOLUME]:
regulates the organ’s general volume.
o
[PAUSE]:
stops the MIDI sequence temporarily during
playback.
o
[START-STOP]:
press cyclically to start / stop recording
/ playback of the MIDI sequence.
WARNING!
The infrared sensor for receiving remote control commands is located underneath the
Crescendo LEDs. Take care not to block this area and try always to use the remote control at
an angle of not more than 30° (vertical or horizontal) to the organ’s panel.
10. VOICE LOCAL OFF
Setting a voice in Local Off mode means that it will not be played by the Concerto III’s internal
sound generation system, but when it is activated the relative MIDI (System Exclusive) message
will be transmitted, so that it can be turned on and played on a connected instrument.
For setting the Local off of the voices you have to press button [S] (Set) and keeping it pressed
press also [C] (cancel), All tabs will light and thedisplay will show:
To set a voice in Local Off mode, press its stop so that its light goes out.
After setting the setup required, press [S] and [C] together to save it.
Accessing the Local Off setting function after this will trigger display of the status of the voices as
follows:

stop on: voice in Local On mode (plays with internal generation)

stop off: voice in Local Off status
