At the next start-up (Reset) the CAN coupler starts with the new baudrate.

Timer value [ms]
As soon as the timer value differs from 0, the control starts. With every
received RxPDO the timer is set back again.
As soon as the timer runs out, the CAN coupler switches to the state "pre-
operational" and sends an emergency telegram.
