1. Open the hydronic connection pottable water valves

2. Verify the proper operation of the pressure relief
valve

3. Open the heating system valves

4. Turn the Vitotrans main power switch
A
to the
ON
position.
5. Check all gaskets and plugs, and retighten if necessary.
Note:
Check all connections on the heating water side
for leaks approx. every 500 operating hours.
Note:
Check the heating system pressure.
Maximum operating pressure: ......... 150 psi (10.3 bar)
Minimum operating pressure: .............. 13 psi (0.9 bar)
