Close the boiler door.
2.
Tighten the boiler door screws crosswise to a tor-
que of approx. 18 Nm.
Danger
Leaks from the boiler door can result in poi-
soning through escaping gas.
Check the boiler door for flue gas tightness.
Use an inspection mirror, dew point indicator
or thermal imaging camera, for example.
In the case of leaks, tighten crosswise to 30 Nm.

To ensure that the boiler door closes tightly, adjust
the clearance between front panel and hinge bolt
to 16 mm ± 0.5 mm. Correct if necessary using the
4 nuts.
4.
Check flue gas tightness again.
5.
If necessary, tighten the screws in the boiler door
crosswise to a torque of approx. 18 Nm.
In the case of leaks, tighten crosswise to 30 Nm.
