Configuration of outside temperature capture
■
Together with a heating curve, the average outside
temperature forms the basis for regulating the heat-
ing system
■
We recommend the use of an offset since the sensor
cannot be positioned in an ideal location
■
The optimum time over which the average is calcula-
ted varies depending on the environment and the
time of the year. Consequently both can be set
Setting the outside temperature capture
■
"Offset"
: Using keys
"+"
and
"-"
, an offset of +/-4 °C
can be entered
■
"Without Offset"
/
"with Offset"
: Here the currently
captured outside temperature is displayed with and
without offset
■
"Averaging Hrs."
: Time in hours for calculating the
average. The default value is 24 hours. The setting
range is between 1 and 50 hours.
Heating curves
■
The diagram shows the relationship between flow
temperature and outside temperature.
■
The outside temperatures are shown horizontally
and the flow temperatures are shown vertically.
■
The control unit is factory set to a room temperature
of 20 °C in standard mode and 16 °C in reduced
mode (setback mode).
■
The factor indicates the value by which the flow tem-
perature is raised if the system user increases the
room temperature.
■
The following values can be altered to change the
heating curve:
