Connections to the
VDP-80-720 Proceed as follows to connect the VDP-80-720 to your display device(s), video sources,
external controller(s) -- if present -- and AC power.
When connecting your equipment:
• Turn off all equipment before making any connections.
• Use the correct signal cables for each source.
• Ensure that the cables are securely connected. Tighten the thumbscrews on connectors
that have them.
Connecting Display Devices
to the VDP-80-720 Connect your projector, LCD/plasma panel or other display device(s) to the VDP-80-720
analog and digital outputs as shown in Figure 3-2.
You can connect the outputs to the same device or separate devices. In either case, however,
the RGB-HV output is disabled when a digital input (Input 1 or 2) is active.
