General troubleshooting list for mower functions
Problem:

Replace gear or bearing.

Repair the side plate.

Packed Transport and Storage
Essential Rules for Transport:
◼
Keep the machine in the shipping package until installation.
◼
Repaint parts where paint is worn or scratched to prevent rust.
◼
Protect packages from heat or direct sunlight.
◼
For transportation, always use the lower mounting frame.
◼
Use proper lifting equipment, a fork truck, or a hand pallet jack.
◼
Always transport the equipment without mechanical shocks, knocking, or jolting.
Essential Rules for Safe Storage:
After the season’s use,
inspect the machine thoroughly and prepare for storage. Repair or replace
any worn or damaged components to prevent unnecessary downtime at the start of the next
season. To ensure a long and trouble-free life, follow the procedure outlined below:

Thoroughly clean and wash the machine using a pressure washer to remove all dirt, mud,
debris, and residue. Watch out for the air breathers and seals.
◼
Inspect the Heavy-duty Flail mower for loose, damaged, or worn parts and adjust or replace
them. Do not forget to check the safety decals. Replace any worn decals.
◼
Inspect the flails and rotor for damage or entangled material. Repair or replace damaged parts.
Remove all entangled material from the rotor.
◼
Lubricate all grease nipples. Ensure that all grease cavities are filled with grease to remove any
water residue from the inside.
◼
Touch up all paint nicks and scratches to prevent rusting.
◼
Protect essential moving parts against corrosion by lightly oiling these parts.
