8.5 Failures
Failure Cause Solution
The boiler doesn't

WARNING!!!
The boiler sensors don't fulfill a function of safety equipment. If the floor heating is used, it has to be
protected by an extern thermostat. Otherwise, if the three-way valve is opened, the floor heating may be
damaged.
9 Maintenance
Switch-off the equipment before each cleaning-up.
The surface of the product doesn't require special maintenance. The outer cover of the boiler may be wiped by a
dry clout or a clot wetted in detergent solution. In no case you can clean the boiler surface by dissolution reagents
or with abrasive materials.
During checking tightness of the gas distribution and connecting the valve, it is necessary to be particular
about not wetting the coil of the gas valve!
All other maintenance may be performed by only a contractual service
organization trained by the manufacturer!
The user is obliged to provide regular annual check of the gas boiler. In case of violation of these
conditions, no warranty repairs can be required.
The burner sealing has to be replaced with the interval of 2 years of operation or when damaging.
Use exclusively spare parts approved by the manufacturer in order to guarantee the safety a long term
service life of the boiler.
