Site Ground

RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK, GENERAL
All enclosure grounding and ground ring must be installed and verified prior to connecting any power cables (AC or DC) and
turning-up of enclosure.
Ensure that all National Electric Code (NEC) and local codes for safety and wiring are followed. Consideration for corporate
standards also apply.
All external ground wires, whether from the ground ring or OSP cables, shall only be dressed to the principle ground bar
located on the rear of the primary equipment compartment or ground ring termination block located at lower rear of
enclosure.
Before an enclosure is placed, a ground ring supporting the path and conditions shown in Figure 6.1 must be in-place.
