INITIALLY STARTING AND CHECKING POWER
EXTEND CONVERTER OPERATION

Initially Starting the Power Extend Converter

Procedure

Place the enable/disable switch on the power extend converter to
the enable position. See

Figure 7

. If two or three power extend

converters are connected in parallel to a load that exceeds 1000

watts peak, they should be switched on simultaneously.

Checking Power Extend Converter Status

Procedure

Observe the status of the power extend converter front panel local
indicator. If operating normally, this indicator should be illuminated
green. See
