NetBackup Media Manager System Administrator’s Guide for Windows

The steps you use to set up security levels for your NetBackup master server apply
generally to setting up security for Media Manager media servers (or SAN media servers).

Media Manager Authentication/Authorization

Media Manager security works in conjunction with the following security components to
control access to

vmd

and robotic functions.

The following two matrices provide an overview of Media Manager security. Server
