Chapter 4, Managing Media in Robots

Comparing Robot Contents with the Volume Configuration

> Move or by updating the volume configuration as explained in

“Procedure To Update the Volume Configuration” on page 163.

Compare Volume Configuration Reports

The Results section of the dialog shows any discrepancies as follows:

If the robot can read barcodes (see “Robot Attributes” on page 253), the report
includes barcode information. Media Manager determines if the barcodes in the robot
match those in the volume database.

The following figure shows a sample compare report.

Note

Selecting a device host applies only to NetBackup Enterprise Server.
