2. This product is intended for indoor home use only. Do not use it in a commercial, rental, or institutional setting.
3. Inspect your rower prior to exercising to ensure that all nuts and bolts are fully tightened. Replace defective
components immediately.
4. Before using the rower, place it on a level surface, with at least 3 feet of clearance around it. To protect the floor or
carpet from damage, place a mat under it.
5. Keep children and pets away from this product at all times. Keep hands and feet away from moving parts.
6. Before starting any exercise program, consult your doctor. This is especially important for people over 35 years of
age or people with pre-existing health problems.
7. For rowers
with heart rate monitors: The pulse sensor is not a medical device. Various factors, including the user’s
movement, may affect the accuracy of heart rate readings.
8. The pulse sensor is intended only as an exercise aid in determining heart rate trends in general.
9. It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that all users of this product are adequately informed of all precautions.
10. This rower is not suitable for therapeutic purposes.
11. Wear appropriate clothes while exercising; do not wear loose clothes that could become caught. Always wear athletic
shoes for foot protection.
12. Keep this product indoors, away from moisture and dust. Do not put it in a garage or covered patio, or near water.
Avoid storage in excessively cold or damp places as this may lead to corrosion of components.
13. Over exercising may result in serious injury or death. If you feel faint, dizzy, or experience pain while exercising, stop
immediately and cool down.
