Please include exact part reference or description and quantity, your full name, credit
card number (Visa, MC or Amex) and expiration date. Do not send cash or checks.
Part are for servicing Velleman Kits only, all other requests will be declined.
Some parts may require a minimum ordering quantity. Velleman Kit cannot be held
responsible in case the part has been obsoleted by the manufacturer.

You can contact us for any kind of tech. support on our kits, except for ‘customizing’ of
our projects for unique applications.

2.4 Repair :
To qualify for repair, kits must :

not be damaged or mounted in other ways then stated in the
manual.
•
not be modified in any way
•
be assembled completely
•
not include external part such as boxes, knobs, cables, batteries,
external hardware,...
Please include a brief fault description.
The repair bill of small kits can be larger than the retail price. Keep this in mind.
Sending us a kit for repair complies you agree with the conclusions of the Velleman Service Department and
you agree to pay all eventual costs.
Velleman Kit cannot be held responsible for any damage of any kind during shipping or transport of your
project.
Velleman Kit can refuse a kit when its condition or age does not allow repair for a reasonable price or in a
limited time.
Repair under warranty conditions is only possible with date and proof of purchase.
