Regional
Setting the RDS regional function.
Settings:

ON
: The radio only tunes to alternative frequencies of the selected station which
transmit the same regional programme.
❑
AUTO
: The radio tunes to the alternative frequency of the same regional
programme until it can no longer be received. It then tunes to other alternative fre-
quencies.
❑
OFF
: The radio tunes to all the alternative frequencies of the selected station even if
different regional programmes are transmitted.
Navigation settings

Select “Navigation” in the setup menu.

The “NAVIGATION” setup menu appears.
The following functions are available:

Navi volume
Volume adjustment for navigation instructions.
Settings:

: Minimum volume for navigation instructions (also for mute mode).

OFF
: The unit does not issue audible navigation instructions.

Voice mixing
Setting the volume ratio between music and navigation instructions.
Settings:

-6 ... +6
: The music is quieter (-6) or louder (+6) than the navigation instructions.

Units
Setting the units for distance and speed information.
Settings:

Metric
: Display in kilometres (km) and metres (m) as well as km/h.
❑
Anglo
: Display in miles (mls) and yards (yd) as well as mph.
❑
American
: Display in miles (mls) and feet (ft) as well as mph.
■
Time
Selection of time information which is to be displayed on the guidance screen.
Settings:

Actual
: Display of the current time.
❑
Arrival
: Display of the estimated time of arrival.
❑
Remaining
: Display of the estimated remaining travel time.
■
Speed limit
Activating/ deactivating the speed warning and setting the value.
Settings:

5 ... 250
: The unit issues a warning if the set speed value is exceeded.
❑
OFF
: The unit does not issue a warning if the set value is exceeded.

This function is useful if, for example, your winter tyres are subject to a speed limit.
