Chapter 5 Setting Up the HD5000 Configuration

VCON HD5000 Installation & Setup Guide

Camera

In the

Camera

settings, set the type of Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ) camera that is

connected to the system and the communications port through which it can be
controlled.

Camera Type

Select the manufacturer and/or model of the
connected PTZ camera (if applicable).
If you are using a non-controllable camera, select

None

Communication
Port

Select the name of the computer port to which the
PTZ camera is connected.

Allow Far End
Camera Control
(FECC)

Select to permit a remote participant in a conference
to control the positioning of your PTZ camera. If a
PTZ camera is not used, this option is not applicable.
