Hotend Replacement

MAKE SURE TO REMOVE ANY FILAMENT IN THE
HOTEND AND ALLOW THE HOTEND TO COOL
DOWN BEFORE PERFORMING THE SWAP.

Unscrew the two screws from the top of the carriage
that secures the hotend mount.

Loosen the three screws from the left side of the
carriage that secures the hotend blower fan. The
screws can remain attached to the blower fan, we
just need access to remove the outer fan cap.
