Essential tools: Philips screwdriver,
Hexagonal wrench (3mm)
Replace when: Vacuum is weak or no vacuuming
performed. A nozzle joint is clogged.

Remove a vacuum nozzle referring to
“10-5
Clean/replace a nozzle.”

Remove a rea cover.

Remove a Y-type air joint.

Loosen a cap screw and remove a nozzle joint
locking plate.

Pull out a nozzle joint and remove a hose
attached to it. Clean the nozzle joint.
If it is badly clogged, you may replace the
nozzle joint.

Reinstall the nozzle joint to the initial position.
Please clean or replace a nozzle joint with the following
process.

Caution
Be careful not to loose a return
spring.
