NOTE:
• This appliance is more efficient within the climate classes
shown in the table below. It may not function properly if
it remains below or above the specified range for a long
time.
Installing your new appliance
Read the following recommendations before using the appliance for the first time.
Ventilating the appliance
• To improve the efficiency of the cooling system and save
energy, the appliance must be ventilated in order to
dissipate the heat. For this reason, you must make sure
that there is enough of a gap around the refrigerator.
Suggestion:
• it is advisable to leave a minimum gap of 75 mm between
the back of the appliance and the wall, a 100 mm gap
above it and a 50 mm gap between the side and the
wall, as well as ensuring that the space in front of the
appliance is completely free so that the doors can open
to an angle of 135°. These examples are shown in the
following diagrams.
• Install the appliance in a dry place to avoid high humidity.
• Do not expose the appliance to direct sunlight, rain or frost. Do not install the appliance
near heat sources such as stoves, fireplaces or radiators.
Levelling the appliance
• In order to level the appliance and ensure that there is sufficient air flow in the lower rear
part of the appliance, the feet may need to be adjusted. You can adjust them manually or
with a suitable key.
• So that the doors can close automatically, tilt the top backwards by about 10 mm
Installing the door handles
In order to make it easier to transport the appliance, the door handles are supplied separately
in a plastic bag. The door handles are fitted as follows.
1. Remove the screw covers on the left side of the door and put them back in the plastic bag.
2. Attach the handle to the left side of the door, keeping the centre of the screw holes in the
handle aligned.

3. Fasten the handle with the special screws provided in the plastic bag as shown in the
figure above.
