6 Measure the oil level. 10.2.6.1
7 Change the oil and replace the oil filter. 10.2.6.3
8 Check the fill level and quality of the coolant (top it up or change it, if required). 10.2.7
9 Check whether the return retention group is working.
10 Check the vibration damper for damage*.
11 Rinse the plate heat exchanger on the heating side.
12 Rinse the sludge separator/magnetite separator.
13 Check the buffer on the intake air damper for damage*.
14 Check the heat insulation on the flue elbow for damage*.
15 Check the seals on the side panels for damage*.
16 Check that the cables, hoses, electrical plug connections and other connections are seated correctly and whether they
are damaged*.
17 Check the power electronics system for dirt. If required, clean it with compressed air or a brush/soft brush (not made
from metal).
18 Check the general condition of the product and remove any dirt*.
19 Check the condensate siphon. If required, clean and fill it.
20 Clean the condensate discharge pipe.
21 Clean the coarse filter and sludge separator that were installed on-site.
22 Open the service valves in the heating flow and return, and the gas stopcock. Start the product.
23 Measure and set the flue gas values. 6.3
24 Complete the inspection and maintenance work. 10.2.8
* If you notice any damage during the checks, replace the damaged components.
