8.

Unscrew the gas pressure regulator's hexagon from the
gas valve assembly.

9.

Use a screwdriver to set the maximum heat input.

Turning the adjusting screw clockwise increases the
nominal heat input

Turning the adjusting screw anti-clockwise
decreases the nominal heat input

10. Screw the hexagon tightly back onto the gas valve as-

sembly and seal it.

The middle opening on the hexagon must remain
open and must not be covered with sealing wax or
become dirty.

11. Switch off the product.
12. Remove the manometer.
13. Retighten the sealing screw on the gas valve assembly.
14. Check the gas tightness.
15. Then check the minimum gas volume.

7.7.4

Checking the minimum heat input

1.

Temporarily decommission the product.

2.

Flap the electronics box downwards.

3.

Loosen the sealing screw.

4.

Connect a manometer to the test nipple.

Working materials: U tube manometer

Working materials: Digital pressure gauge

5.

Hinge the electronics box upwards.

6.

Start check programme

P. 2

.

Check programmes (

Gas adjustment values for the heat

input (jet pressure) (

Page 43)

Result:

The value lies outside of the permitted range

Ensure that the correct orifice plate and the correct
burner jets have been installed properly and are not
damaged.

Carry out the following steps.

8.

Press the

i

button.

The display shows a value between 0 and 99.

9.

Adjust the value by pressing the

+

and

buttons until

the manometer displays the correct pressure.

10. Save the set value by pressing and holding the

i

button

for approx. five seconds.

The product then automatically exits the check pro-
gramme.

11. Decommission the product.
12. Remove the manometer.
13. Retighten the sealing screw on the gas valve assembly.

7.7.5

Checking leak-tightness

Check the gas pipe, the heating circuit and the hot water
circuit for leak-tightness.

Check that the flue system has been installed correctly.

7.7.6

Checking the heating mode

1.

Make sure that there is a heat requirement.

2.

Call up the status codes. (

Page 18)

If the product is operating correctly, the display
runs through status displays

S. 2

and

S. 3

until the

product operates correctly in normal operating mode
and

S. 4

appears in the display.

7.7.7

Checking the hot water generation

1.

Observe the applicable regulations regarding legionella
prevention.

Applicability:

Product with integrated hot water generation

Open a hot water tap completely.

Call up the status codes. (
