Troubleshooting

Automatic changeover of mar-
kers and/or tramlining fails to
operate!
- See Autostep function under ”6.3.1 Some functions of
the Control Box” on page 99.
- Is the Autostep switch up (on)?
- Is the multiple selector for the markers at alternating
(up)?
- Is tramlining set correctly?
- Is the Low lift switch set correctly ? See ”3.19 Adjus-
ting Low lift height” on page 65.
- Check that the Low lift switch holder is not bent or the
magnetic sensor damaged. Is the magnet broken or
loose?
Check for any cable breaks or short circuits.
The drill can be lifted with the lift
stop switched on!
- Check that the solenoid valve on the far right of the
valve is receiving current. See Hydraulic solenoid
valves under ”6.3 Notes on troubleshooting” on page
97.
If there is no current to the sole-
noid valve:
- See ”6.1.1 Electrical faults” on page 90.
If there is current to the lift stop
valve:
- See ”6.1.2 Hydraulic faults” on page 90.
The drill cannot be raised and/or
lowered!
- Make sure that the Lift stop or Low lift functions are
not activated. See ”6.1.2 Hydraulic faults” on page
90.
If the drill cannot be raised:
- Check if the lift stop valve on the far right of the valve
block is receiving current as a result of a short circuit
or otherfault, see Hydraulic solenoid valves under
”6.3 Notes on troubleshooting” on page 97.
- Switch off the Control Box and check if the drill can
raised.
- Check for short circuits in the cable harness and inter-
mediate cable and identify the function affected.
