Cleaning and inspecting the pump heads
Disassembling the pump from the pump support
➨
Remove union nut at the exhaust waste vapour condenser
and remove hose from the inlet of the condenser.
➨
Use open-ended wrench (w/f 17) to remove union nut on the
fitting of the cover plate.
➨
Use open-ended wrench (w/f 14) to turn elbow fitting 1/4 of a
turn, remove hose.

Do not remove the elbow fitting from the cover plate.
Through reassembly a leak may result.

Disconnect cables from the controller and unscrew controller from holding plate.
☞
Unscrew socket head screw at rear of controller with hex key size 7.

It is not necessary to remove the vacuum connection at the controller.
PC 510 / 511 / 520:

Do not disassemble pump from pump support.
PC 610 / 611 / 620:

Use open-ended wrench (w/f 10) to remove four hexagon nuts from the feet of the pump support and lift
off pump together with pump support from the base plate.
➨
Disassemble pump from pump support. Support pump appropriately.
➨
Loosen at each case two socket head screws at the rear and the front of the pump with hex key size 5.
Pay attention to washers.

Remove pump from pump support.

Use open-ended wrench (w/f 17) to remove union nuts.
