Filter mat in

Wash before change
of user
Remove any build-up of fluff while dry, then
rinse under running water and wring out well.
Use 40°C wash programme for cleaning stub-
born soiling.

Base filter

Remove any fluff.
Whenever there is a
heavier build-up of
deposits
Use an abrasive liquid cleaning agent and a
sponge, rinse with water and allow to drip dry;
in the case of hard water, clean with cleaning
vinegar.

Use 40°C wash programme for cleaning stub-

Heat pump

A coating of fluff can build up more or less quickly depending on the type of wash
and the size of load.

A9 error message
A9 Clean filters
and mat
A thick coating of fluff results in a reduced process air flow which can impair the
drying process and trigger the «A9» error message.
Check and, if necessary, clean the following parts in the appliance:

Check and, if necessary, clean the following parts in the appliance:

After cleaning, if the «A11» error message appears in the display again, the parts
in the appliance that can trigger an «A9» error message must also be checked
again.
