Possible cause
Solution

Various situations can lead to
an «F» message.
▸ Acknowledge the error message by touching the
button.
▸ Switch off the power supply for about 1 minute.
▸ Switch the power supply back on again and select
a new programme.
▸ If the error appears again, note down the error
message in full along with the serial number (SN).
▸ Turn off the water tap and disconnect the power
supply.
▸ Call Customer Services.
▸ If there is still some washing in the appliance:
▸ Carry out emergency draining.
▸ Use the emergency door release.
▸ Unload the washing.
▸ Call Customer Services.
