7.6.2 Forwarding an Email
•
To forward an email to others, please follow the following steps.
1. Press , to display “Mail” menu.
2. Press to select the mailbox that will save the mail press .
3. Press to select the mail you want to forward press to display the
sub menu.
4. Press to select “Forward”.
•
If the mail has an attachment; “Forward Attachment?” will be
displayed. Select “YES” press to forward the attachment.
•
If the total characters of the text are over 924 alphabets or 1848
alphanumeric characters,
“Cannot Quote All” will be displayed.
5. Press to select the mail you want to forward press , to display
“Mail” screen.
•
The subject line will be filled in with “Fw:” and the text area will
be filled with the text of this mail.
6. To forward the mail please refer to section “Composing a new Email”

7.7 Setting Free Box
•
The phone has three Free Boxes to save received emails, sent emails and Air
Info data respectively.
•
The user can set a sender’s email to be saved into a specific Free Box
automatically.
7.7.1 Rename Free Box
•
You can rename a Free Box name.
1. Press , to display “Mail Box” menu.
2. Press to select the Free Box you want to rename press to display
the sub menu.
3. Press to select “Rename”, to display “Rename” screen.
4. Enter new Free Box name.
•
You can enter up to 6 alphabets or 13 alphanumeric characters.
