If there is not enough space for new emails, the latest email will
automatically replace the oldest one.
7.3.1 Receiving Emails Individually
•
You can select the mail you want to receive in order to block junk mails
from cluttering your mailbox.
•
Please receive emails manually. When the phone connects to the email
center, you can select the emails you want to receive or delete them directly.
•
After receiving, emails will be moved from the email center to your
mailbox.
1. Please refer to section “Receiving Email Setting” to set “Select” receive.
2. Press , to display “Receive Email” screen.
•
The phone will display the current memory used. If there is not enough
space, please delete some unimportant emails first then receive emails.
(The memory used only includes mailbox memory, but not Air Info Log
box.)
3. Press , to display “Receive Email Connecting” screen.
•
When the phone connects to the system; “Receive Email Connecting”
screen is displayed.
•
The system response, “Receive Email Receiving” is displayed and the
phone starts to receive the mail list.
•
On completion, the mail list is displayed.
•
If you need to update the list please press .
•
If you want to receive emails from the first one, press .
4. Press to select the mails you want to receive press , to display
“Receive E-Mail” , which means the phone is receiving the mails you
selected.
•
When the mails you selected are received, “Receive Email End Trans”
screen is displayed.
•
If the mail is under 20K bytes, “Saved” is displayed; if it exceeds 20K
bytes, “Organizing Data” and “Completed” appear before “Saved” is
displayed.
•
The display displays icon and “You Got E-Mail”. (The right side
of the icon indicates the numbers of the unread mails. If the numbers of
unread mails are under 9, it will be displayed as numbers 1-9. If they are
over 10, it will be displayed as .
