1. Insert shaft of Tube Clamp(A) onto
Grab Bar(B) and secure with
and Bolt(C) and Lock Washer(D).
See Figure 1.
2 .Repeat for remaining (3) Tube Clamps(A).
3. Place Tube Clamp(A) into positon against
Upright and enclose Upright
with Tube Clamp(A).
4. Align holes in Tube Clamp(A), Insert Bolt(C) and lightly secure with Lock Nut (E).
The vertical position of the Grab Bars(B)
must be at a minimum of 38” above the deck.
The clamp position can be adjusted higher to
avoid interference with other clamps
5. Repeat Steps 3 and 4 to attach other Grab Bar(B).
6. Level Grab Bars(B) with each other and rotate to an opening
width of 15”(38mm) maximum as shown. Tighten hardware.
7. Drill 7mm (1/4”) hole through Clamp(B) and into Upright.
Insert Clamp Pin(F) into hole and tap into Tube Clamp(A)
with hammer. See Figure 2.
