The frequency of the rectangular signal can be measure-
ment when selecting the measurement function

The sampling rate (pulse-duty factor) of the rectangular
signal is measurement when switching by using the

key.

Turn measurement function selection dial to

The rectangular signal frequency is displayed.

To obtain the sampling rate value in percent, press
the key.
