*Time Delay (15) is not recommended for Sweet or Basic breads that require fruit or nuts to be added.
Add fruit or nuts.
You are able to add fruit or nuts on setting 1 basic and 5 Sweet when you hear 8 short beeps
(approximately 15-20 minutes into the cycle). Open the Lid (7) and add any fruit or nuts that the recipe
requires as the machine is kneading. Close the Lid (7) and the Bake house will automatically continue the
cycle. On various settings the machine will beep approximately 50 minutes before the completion of
bread to indicate the commencement of baking.
The machine will beep 5 minutes prior to the completion of backing.
At the end of the baking cycle
– the machine will beep and the display will read «0.00». The Bake house
will automatically switch to a Keep-Warm cycle for 60 minutes. Warm air will circulate throughout the
Baking Chamber (1) to help reduce the condensation.
The bread can be removed from the Baking Chamber (1) at the end of the cycle or any time during the
Keep-Warm cycle. Simply press the START/STOP Button (9) to end the Keep-Warm feature.
To remove the bread from the Bake house
– the Bread Pan (2) will be hot after the baking cycle. Use
a kitchen mitten to remove the Pan (2) from the baking Chamber (1). Turn the Bread Pan (2) anticlockwise
and gently pull out.
Allow the bread to cool in the Bread Pan (2) for 10 minutes before removing. Turn the Pan (2) upside down
and shake until the bread slides out. It is necessary, use a plastic spatula to loosen bread from the sides
of the Pan (2).
Allow the bread to cool on a wire rack for at least 10 minutes before slicing. For easy slicing we
recommend the use of an electric knife or a quality bread knife.
After using your Bake house
– unplug the machine and allow it to cool for 30 minutes before
commencing another program. If you attempt to use the Bake house too soon, it will beep and the Display
