RECIPES
Bread Pre-Mix Recipes

Pre-package bread mixes are available from most supermarkets. The recipes in this section are for use
with pre-package bread mixes only.

White Bread Mixes
Procedure

Place ingredients into Bread Pan (2) in the order listed in the recipe.
Wipe spills from the outer edge of Pan (2) and close the Lid (14).
Press the MENU Button (10) to choose the cycle 

1 Basic.

Select Size, Crust Color, press START/STOP Button (9).

Whole meal bread mix recipes
Procedure

Place ingredients into Bread Pan (2) in the order listed in the recipe.
Place the Bread Pan (2) into the Bread maker and close the Lid (7)
Press the MENU Button (10) to choose the program 

3 Wheat

or 

4 Wheat Rapid.

Select Size, Crust Color, press START/STOP Button (9).
Bread will be baked in the number of hours indicated.

Wheat Breads.

All 

Wheat

or

Wheat Rapid

cycles begin with a 30 minute pre-heat of ingredients – No blade movement

occurs in the Pan (2) during this stage.

Procedure

Place ingredients into Bread Pan (2) in the order listed in the recipe. Wipe spills from the outside of the
Pan (2).
Place the Bread Pan (2) into the bread maker and close the Lid (7).
Press the MENU Button (10) to choose the program 

3 Wheat,

or

4 Wheat Rapid.

Select Size, Crust Color, press START/STOP Button (9).

Note: 

if using the 

2 Turbo 

program setting, additional baking time may be required. If so, simply select

Bake

to continue baking.

French Breads.
Procedure

Place ingredients into Bread Pan (2) in the order listed in the recipe. Wipe spills from the outside of the
Pan (2).
Place the Bread Pan (2) into the bread maker and close the Lid (7).
Press the MENU Button (10) to choose the program 

6 French.

Select Size, Crust Color, press START/STOP Button (9).
Bread will be baked in the number of hours indicated.

Note:

if using the 

2 Turbo 

program setting, additional baking time may be required. If so, simply select

Bake

to continue baking.

Sweet Breads.
Procedure
For optimum results, always select the Light Color Crust to prevent the crust from burning.

Place ingredients into Bread Pan (2) in the order listed in the recipe. Wipe spills from the outside of the
Pan (2).
Place the Bread Pan (2) into the bread maker and close the Lid (7).
Press the MENU Button (10) to choose the program 

5 Sweet.

Select Size, Crust Color, press START/STOP Button (9).
Do not use the Time Delay setting when baking the Sweet breads as the ingredients will spoil.

Note:

if using the 2 Turbo program setting, additional baking time may be required. If so, simply select

Bake

to continue baking.
