Cleaning and replacing the flame detector

Remove the detector from its seat (see picture);

to clean the detector’s lens, use a soft, clean cloth (free from oil and solvents);

check wiring and all safety functions each time a flame detector has been replaced.

Only if necessary, change the combustion head position
To move the combustion head backwards or forwards, proceed as following:

loose the two screws VH

loose the four screws VB

set the position head moving it backwards or forwards.

Once it is set, fasten the screws V and VH.

The head position is shown by the number of the notches below:
WARNING : When moving the combustion head backwards be careful about the position of the electrode support (ES)

Attention! if it is necessary to change the head position, repeat the air and oil adjustments described above.
